Change the naming from "client-api" to "api-daemon", to match the main node daemon. Update the Debian package name from pvc-client-api to pvc-api. Migrate all the "client-common" functions within the "api-daemon".

MIGRATION:

  1. Stop the pvcd.service, pvc-api.service, and pvc-provisioner-worker.service units.
  2. Remove (but don't purge) pvc-daemon, pvc-client-api, and pvc-client-common packages.
  3. Move existing /etc/pvc/pvcd.yaml to /etc/pvc/pvcnoded.yaml and /etc/pvc/pvc-api.yaml to /etc/pvc/pvcapid.yaml.
  4. Install new pvc-daemon-node, pvc-daemon-api and pvc-daemon-common packages.
  5. Purge configuration from pvc-daemon, pvc-client-api, and pvc-client-common packages.
