Taking snapshots is good, but without an integrated rollback process, they are not very useful.

Add a pvc storage volume snapshot rollback command to perform a rollback as outlined in https://docs.ceph.com/en/quincy/rbd/rbd-snapshot/#roll-back-snapshot
