Several issues (among them #160, #156, and possible #149 and #113) require a fairly significant refurbishment of the CLI client. In addition, the client has become sprawling, with the main pvc.py in excess of 6300 lines, containing plenty of duplication and in-file code that should probably be in the CLI lib.

I believe it is thus time to revisit the CLI with lessons learned and rebuild it from scratch to be more manageable and consistent.
