Add a client option to modify or otherwise edit an existing VM, then perform the required actions on the hypervisors.

Two parts to this:

Update the ZK database with the modified VM definition.
Depending on an option flag, perform an action to bring the running VM into compliance.

For 1, should provide both an editor option if possible, and if not a path to an updated config a la vm define.

For 2, should default to no action (change will be applied at next VM shutdown/startup) with option to reboot and apply immediately.
