Currently the only qualifier for auto-selecting a target node during a flush or post-fence flush action is the free RAM. Add an option, configurable by pvcd.conf and a command-line flag in the client, to select alternate methods.

  1. Free RAM (the default) - mem
  2. Load average - load
  3. Fewest vCPUs - vcpus
  4. Least VMs - vms
